Gabriele Fichera

FR. Gabriele Fichera enseigne Littérature Italienne et Histoire à l’école secondaire. Il a étudié dans les Universités de Catania et Siena. Membre du Comité scientifique de la revue « Ospite ingrato » du « Centro Studi Franco Fortini », il a été récemment chercheur avec une bourse d’études postdoctorales à l’Université de Liège. Auteur d’une monographie sur Paolo Volponi, Tolto dall’io, preso dalla storia. Studio sul saggismo di Volponi (Nerosubianco, 2012), il a consacré des recherches à Manzoni, De Roberto, Palazzeschi, Ungaretti, Longhi, Tomasi di Lampedusa, Cassola, Sciascia, Pasolini et Fortini, récemment recueillies dans Le asine di Saul. Saggismo e invenzione da Manzoni a Pasolini (Euno, 2016). Les rapports entre l’essai littéraire et la fiction, la question du réalisme contemporaine, le comparatisme élargi demeurent son véritable centre d’intérêt.

EN. Gabriele Fichera teaches Italian Literature and History at the Secondary School. He studied at the Universities of Catania and Siena. Member of the Scientific Committee of the Review «Ospite ingrato» (Centro Studi Franco Fortini), recently he has carried out his research at the University of Liège with a Post-doctoral Scholarship. He is the author of a book on Paolo Volponi Tolto dall’io, preso dalla storia. Studio sul saggismo di Volponi (Nerosubianco, 2012). In addition to this, he has also studied Manzoni, De Roberto, Palazzeschi, Ungaretti, Longhi, Tomasi di Lampedusa, Cassola, Sciascia, Pasolini and Fortini and he has published a collection of essays entitled Le asine di Saul. Saggismo e invenzione da Manzoni a Pasolini (Euno, 2016). The relationships between literary essay and fiction, along with the topic of contemporary realism are his main focuses of interest and are investigated in a broad comparative perspective.
